The purpose of the analysis of personal data by Horizon Estate Anna Piksa is:
- Conclusion and fullfilment of the contract for services and the pursuit of any claims by Horizon Estate in connection with damage or defense against other party’s claims against Horizon Estate.
- Documenting the service for tax purposes,
- Providing high quality services to our guests.
In connection with the consent expressed by the Guest for the processing of personal data in transactions marketing, Horizon Estate processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. to direct to Guest marketing information and offers about their products and services.

The processing of personal data is necessary to obtain fulfillment of the contract in correct manner. Legal basis for access to personal data of users using data in accounts marketing is guest’s consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not influence validity of analysis carried out priorly to consent withdrawal. Legal basis for sending Guest’s personal data due to ensuring the highest quality of provided services is administrator’s justified purpose.

Personal data related to the concluded contract for providing hotel services will be processed through the period of tax or civil laws claims expiration, by Horizon Estate or guest, whichever comes later. Data obtained on the basis of consent in marketing purposes will be processed for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes.

Each Horizon Estate guest has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data or processing restrictions. And also the right to object to the processing. Horizon Estate does not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
Is providing personal data necessary?
Providing personal data in terms of name and surname and address of residence is a requirement for the conclusion of a service contract. Failure to provide personal data will prevent Horizon Estate to conclude the contract.
