What are the purposes of processing the guest’s personal data?

The purpose of the analysis of personal data by Horizon Estate Anna Piksa is:

  1. Conclusion and fullfilment of the contract for services and the pursuit of any claims by Horizon Estate in connection with damage or defense against other party’s claims against Horizon Estate.
  2. Documenting the service for tax purposes,

The processing of personal data is necessary to obtain fulfillment of the contract in correct manner. Legal basis for access to personal data of users using data in accounts marketing is guest’s consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
